Completions Management

Zenith Jet offers full program completions management for new and pre-owned aircraft from start to finish. More than just representing our client’s interests onsite, we draw on our experience in troubleshooting problems and navigating issues at the facility with the completions personnel to ensure quality, cost and schedule commitments are met and performance guarantees related to range, sound, and weight are achieved. Our role is to identify and address issues to ensure a superior product is delivered on time as per the client’s chosen specification. We play an active role onsite starting with the green aircraft acceptance phase for new aircraft, monitoring the completion process including major supplier components such as cabinets, seats, and ensure that critical path schedules line up with the expected completion date.

Short Term Delivery & Acceptance

Zenith Jet also provides short-term delivery inspection and acceptance services in cases where customers require supplemental assistance in taking delivery of their completed aircraft.
