Nick spent a decade with Bombardier Business Aircraft in high profile positions. Most recently, Nick was Program Director of the Global 5000 and Global XRS green production line where he was responsible for the financial viability of Bombardier’s flagship business aircraft program. As Director, Nick oversaw production rate increases to meet burgeoning demand and successfully launched several product improvements most notably the range increase for the G5000 and the Global Vision Cockpit upgrade unveiled at NBAA 2007. Before his appointment as Director of the Global Express green production line, Nick was Director of Flight Operations responsible for all of Bombardier’s demo and interim lift aircraft. Under his tenure, the department doubled in size to a team of 75 aviation professionals distinguishing itself as one of the most prestigious flight departments in the world. Shortly after his appointment to Flight Operations, Nick assumed the additional responsibilities of Sales Support and Sales Engineering where he was responsible for the entire sales support organization which meant interacting with prospects, generating competitive analysis material for the entire sales force and managing aircraft skyline and target net yield issues. Nick began his career at Bombardier Business Aircraft at the Strategy & Business Development group. As a Manager he was the project lead of the due diligence and acquisition team for Skyjet. Nick not only managed the transition phase of the acquisition, he went on to become General Manager of SkyJet turning it into one of the largest block charter providers in business aviation before his appointment as Director of the Flight Operations.
Nick's extensive experience in business aviation, ranging from staff functions such as strategy and business development to P&L responsibility of business lines right through to flight operations, supply chain, production and completions management, provide him an unparalleled perspective in business aviation.
Nick has a M.B.A. from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business in Montreal.

Over the course of his 15 years in aerospace, George has forged an extensive background in business aviation. For 10 of those years he worked for Bombardier Aerospace. He started his career in Market Research at Bombardier Defense Services during which time he was seconded to Bombardier International. From there, George moved to the Strategy & Business Development team at the Bombardier Aerospace Group level working on both strategic initiatives and tactical growth projects. One such project resulted in his move to (Bombardier) Business Aircraft’s Strategy & Business Development group where as a manager, he led several major initiatives. He was the project leader for the establishment of a Fixed Base Operation in partnership with a leading aviation player in the Middle East. George also managed the implementation of the recapitalization strategy involving Bombardier’s joint venture with Lufthansa Technik (Lufthansa Bombardier Aviation Services-LBAS). Upon completion of the project, George was appointed to LBAS’ Board of Directors. George then moved on to become Manager for Business Planning & Performance for Bombardier Business Aviation Services (BBAS) reporting directly to the VP/GM. During his tenure there, George oversaw the divestiture of Bombardier’s in-house aircraft maintenance tracking service to CAMP Systems, a company privately held by Warburg Pincus. Soon after, George left Bombardier to join CAMP Systems as Director of Business Development with the mandate of securing exclusive agreements with business aircraft manufacturers.
During his career, George has forged a unique understanding of business aviation having viewed the market through an aircraft manufacturing, tier I service supplier and aircraft services perspective.
George has a M.A. in Public Policy & Public Administration from Concordia University in Montreal.
Kevin Rodgers,

Kevin has over 18 years experience in business aviation working in high profile organizations at senior levels. Before joining Zenith Jet, he was a Regional Director of Sales at Jet Aviation handling client’s supplemental lift requirements as well as aircraft management services. Earlier in his career, Kevin served as Director of Sales and Vice President of Operations at Bombardier Aerospace's Skyjet North America division. Other areas of experience include Completions Management, ACMI leases and Sound Suppression Systems for business aircraft.
Kevin has worked with clients from every corner of the world, including many Fortune 100 companies supporting their business aviation requirements. Kevin is an active pilot, licensed dispatcher and serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Business Aviation Association and is a member of the Southeast Corporate Aviation Management Association, which represents many leading flight departments in the Southeastern US.
